Hoping to make it out to one on Sunday with LT for Fathers Day, if / when I do I'll be sure to get my photo journal game on.
These are all brewed in Wisconsin and do not represent Friendly Illinois Brewers. But you probably knew that. Way to @ me for lunch. I work on the next block (fuck, like I had time to meet anyone - this week sucked).I was in the Loop for the first time in a long time last week for a conference. Had some time to kill before my train so I figured I'd check out Adams Street Brewery in the Berghoff. A pretty robust selection of beers. I tried a couple of flights. First one was all lagers. Vienna and Adams Street Lager both had hints of diacetyl. The dunkel and pils were solid though. 2nd flight was random beers that sounded interesting. The gose, hefe, and saison were good. IPA was a brewpub starter kit IPA, not good. Overall, I'd say a solid spot for when you're in the Loop, and want to drink something besides IPA.

The food at the Berghoff is still pretty solid.
Oh. I wonder when they installed the tanks. The Berghoff label beers had been Minhas.Hadn't heard that the beers are from Wisconsin. Based on what I've read, beers are brewed on site.
