This is how breweries in the u.s. doing fruited saison need to do it. This is very in line with the fruited gardenpath. Low acidity and sweetness, yet funk and jammy. I normally love this base saison, so happy the fruit served it well.
I just upped our Schilling game at work and I couldn't be more thrilled.
Will be on the lookout for the Burkhart. Also snagged a case of the Kamarade porter.
