I finally landed my white whale bottle - "The Circus". Had it a few times at Delilah's in Chicago and it's always eluded me until now. I also picked up some birth year bottles and a few extra's of favorites. Love the Arran White Stags - especially release 7 - and picked up some more Roseisle from 2023 (much better than the 2024).

El Cheapo here with my latest purchase.
If you don't let this rest 10 minutes it'll singe your nose hairs. That said, I had every intent for this to be a high proof mixer but have to sample neat first.
Candy sweet, charred oak, burnt sugar, tobacco. Quick shot of cinnamon and apple on finish.
Great buy for $23, and if it works in cocktails will be a regular.

Yeah, I enjoyed this the one time I purchased it in Indiana. Great value. They now sell it in Michigan, but I haven't had the occasion to pick it up here. Right up there with OGD 114 for bourbon bang for the buck.
