Do you drink your beers warm with milk as well?

I would pay good money to watch you or anyone enjoy a piping hot lambic.

Back on track, sun tea is an every day drink in the summer.

Drink room temp beer all the time. Adding milk sounds dangerously like adding lactose or milk sugar to beer. That is a nope for me. No exceptions

Hot lambic sounds silly, but happy to share a room temp one any day of the week.

Cheaper to buy large quantities from this place than local tea shops. That said, this is a peach flavored black, and it makes a damn good iced tea

Black tea, hot with milk is the only tea worthy of the name

Everything else is simply a herbal wank infusion.

You're right. The summer is peak iced tea time. I'll give it a couple weeks.

Since I'm a poor motherfucker right now, I'm trying to maximize the utility of my tea leaves by making cold tea after my standard steeps. I'm mostly drinking oolong varietals from various regions. Right now, I'm drinking a varietal from Taiwan that yields some nice floral and fruit notes. I do maybe 4 or 5 steeps with hot water (you can do that with decent quality oolongs) throughout the day. I then steep the leaves in tall carafe in the fridge overnight. I don't like flavor bombs when I drink cold tea so this method works really well for me.

Depends on how they are being made, but sure. Goal is just enough lemonade to sweeten the tea and not make a lemon bomb.
