I never think to myself “I could go for Black Agnes right now” because my brain goes to how bracingly sweet and acidic fresh BA is. This bottle of B2, at a decade old, is fucking perfect. It was already a great batch back when it was fresh, second only to B4. But fuck me sideways, I will happily drink this whole bottle myself in one sitting today. Fear is still not 100% and while he took a small pour, my plan to have a glass with dinner and cork the rest for tomorrow is gone. This is all going tonight. It’s so good, cheers!

Schramm’s is doing a pour hour til the top of the next hour. Enjoy

EDIT: Nary a second later.

Do they still make that barrel aged traditional that has the Star Wars reference on it? That was great. I don’t see much from them on the shelves these days.
Episode 13? Pretty sure they do. That and Zombie Killer are their best sellers.

How did this years turn out? Torn between buying and having it shipped or going down to try it. I've really enjoyed the other fortified ones they have done in the past.
I liked it even more than last year’s variants – super complex and not as sugary. But, since I’m a local I can just buy a taster instead of a whole bottle. 😅

Just looked and the cost of shipping is more that if I just drove down there. To Mexico (I mean Lost Cause) I go! Looking forward to trying it.
