NCAA announced the First Four is gonna be on a Thursday, with the "formal" first round on Friday/Saturday. The extra time between conference tournaments/Selection Sunday and start of tournament needed for testing into the bubble.

Not complaining, because having a tourney is better than not (assuming they can make it there without cancelling the season), but man am I gonna miss my standard two day vacation to watch the opening round.

Illini are scary when they play defense. Baylor will always be a tough matchup for them but I like how they line up against Gonzaga and Nova if they get there. A shame Michigan had to postpone the game on Thursday. Illinois is rolling right now.
